I’ve been hiking, running and exploring the Alps since 1997 when I moved to Mürren, a tiny car-free village clinging to the top of a cliff in Switzerland’s Bernese Oberland. Starting with a few hiking tours to some of my favorite out-of-the-way places in 1999, we’ve since expanded to offer tours all over the Alps. But the Bernese Oberland is where I first fell in love with the Alps, and is still my favorite region to bring people to.
When you love a place that much, you tend to be drawn to like-minded folks, and that’s why we’re so happy to be associated with ALPSinsight. It’s filled with great ideas from good people who love the Alps and want to share their enthusiasm. There’s a lot of info online, but not a lot that can tell you, really, where should you go, and what should you do with your time there. If ALPSinsight gets you dreaming of a hiking trip to the Alps, we can help plan it for you.
We offer both guided group hiking tours, and individualized self-guided tours, whether you want inn-to-inn hikes, a village-based adventure, or even a sightseeing tour for non-hikers. Come check us out!
